Welcome to the Unity Baptist Church Web site

In the heart of Eastern North Carolina is a small town church with a heart for people, winning souls for Christ and seeing the work of God move forward. Unity Baptist Church is centrally located and easily reached from Wayne, Duplin, Sampson, Johnston and Lenoir counties. We minister to families in each of these counties.  Families have relocated from greater metropolitan areas to be a part of The Unity Baptist Church.

What makes Unity Baptist Church so special?  We are more than a church.  We are a church family.  Our Pastor is a Bible believing, preaching and teaching pastor  who is  teaching our families how to grow in Christ and make a difference in our community. Our church is Unity and we are Baptist..  We are a practical, compassionate assemble ready and willing to commit our lives to the Great Commission.

From the skilled nursery workers all the way to the Bible based Senior Saints' Sunday School class, there is somewhere for you and your children to serve and worship. We pray that you will find at our church a warm greeting and a caring spirit.

How You Can Accept Christ As Your Savior

  1. Realize you are a sinner:  Romans 3:23 -"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

  2. Realize the awful consequence of sin:  Romans 6:23- "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

  3. Realize Jesus has paid the penalty of sin:  Romans 5:8- "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

  4. Realize that you must call upon Jesus to save you from the penalty of your sins:  Romans 10:13-"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
