The meeting was called to order and the "Happy Thanksgiving" and "Happy Holidays" agenda was presented by Chair, Lovely Forte.

Business Meeting

The minutes of the August 23, 2001 meeting were approved as corrected.

Old Business:

The by-laws changes will be drafted to reflect the decisions made at the May meeting.

• Change the meeting day to the 2nd Monday of February, May, August, and November
• Put the meetings on the YahooGroups calendar
• Elect officers for a 2 year term
• Elect a co-chair

• Discarded books were available for other libraries.
